The Hotel Management course aims to produce excellent graduates who will be able to take on technical, managerial and leadership roles in the various sectors of the hospitality industry. The course is organised in such a way as to allow the acquisition of solid knowledge and the development of scientific and technical skills that will enable students to enter the labour market with qualifications and to act as proactive entrepreneurs in the dynamic hospitality sector of the 21st century. This cycle of studies focuses on management and leadership, the development of teamwork, the planning and control of operations, the optimal development of technical skills, commercial skills, the use of information technology, linguistic skills and customer-oriented communication skills, preparing students to respond to the challenges inherent in the hospitality sector.
